Back to the EQUILIBRIUM exhibition ✨

Equilibrium explores the fragile tension between humanity and its environment through natural, human, and anthropogenic crises. This collective exhibition questions our ability to maintain a balance in the face of these often uncontrollable forces.
The artists :
Silvia Jimenez Gutierrez offers a reflection on the perpetual expansion of nature and human constructions through vibrant landscapes, capturing the fusion between rapid growth and the intensity of natural forces.
Marie Pasquert weaves landscapes of reflection around roots and ways of living. In her work Tissages de paysages , she explores the roots that bind us to the earth, a source of inexplicable and transcendent attachment, questioning our relationship to territories and the perpetual evolution of the planet.
El Hayek delves into war and anthropogenic crises, exploring the immobility and dissonance felt by the exile in the face of destruction. His abstract portraits capture emotional and physical paralysis, symbolizing the internal and external conflicts that shape the human condition.
Rachel Wong sketches dreamlike and introspective worlds, inspired by diverse cultures, where the emotion and poetry of everyday life mix with natural and human forces.
Equilibrium is an invitation to contemplate the relationship between expansion and destruction, between habitat and uprooting, while examining how humans interact with their environment in a world of crises.
